These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to mail order sales between ITS SRL, with registered office in Via Comacchio 3 - 20139 Milan - Italy (hereinafter “shop-its.com") and the consumer-internet user (hereinafter the "Buyer") through the website www.shop-its.com (hereinafter the "Website"). Shop-its.com and the Buyer are herein jointly referred to as the "Parties".
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, any correspondence relating to the order confirmation and the invoice constitute the entire contractual documentation between the Parties, in descending order of legal importance.
Shop-its.com informs the Buyer of the essential characteristics of the products offered on its Website by means of technical data sheets. The Buyer is invited to read carefully each product's technical data sheet. The data sheets include, in particular, the following information: product description (presentation, ingredients, allergens), shipping times, packaging, brand etc. Product pictures are for illustration purposes only.
All prices on the site are to be understood VAT INCLUDED. The company reserves the right to modify them at any time, without any notice or notification. In the event that the sale price is incorrect and / or manifestly unreal due to an error, the order will be canceled even if confirmed and the Customer reimbursed for the amount paid.
Shop-its.com does not sell products to persons under 18. We sell products usable by children that can be purchased only by adults. If you are under 18, you can use shop-its.com only with the involvement of a parent or instructor over 18 years old.
Making an order on Shop-its you declare of being an adult.
The products can be paid, in the manner selected by the Buyer, in the "Means of payment" field.
To ensure the security of our customers' transactions, when there are doubts about the identity, or for orders over €200.00, shop-its.com reserves the right to ask the Buyer to select a different payment method, also after confirmation of the order. To avoid any delay in dispatching the order, shop-its.com invites the Buyer who wishes to place an order in excess of €300.00 to pay for their order by bank transfer.
The products displayed on the website can be delivered to Italy. For deliveries to other countries, a request must be sent to the Customer Service at +39 3426706479 or by email to ordini@shop-its.com Shop-its.com shall dispatch the products within the times indicated in the technical data sheet of each product (starting from the date of shipment). If a product is not available, the Buyer may request a replacement or the refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item. If a product is not available or if the delivery terms cannot be respected by shop-its.com, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible and can accept a later term or cancel the order and request a refund. The chosen article will be delivered together with its full descriptive documentation.
Transportation and delivery of the products to the address specified are carried out by BRT Bartolini Express Courier. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the "Delivery address" form. The address must however be within the authorized delivery areas. The Buyer shall be responsible to ensure that the parcels can be handed over to the recipient without any difficulty at the time of delivery, giving all the necessary information in the order form for the correct delivery of the parcels. If the recipient of the order is not available at the time of delivery, BRT shall make a second delivery attempt.
Upon delivery, the Buyer shall check the overall aspect of the packaging and its contents. In the event of incomplete or non-compliant delivery, loss or damage, the Buyer shall make his/her reservation known in a precise and detailed manner on the courier's delivery note indicating "GOODS RECEIVED UNCHECKED" (specifying the reason for the reservation) and send a copy by e-mail to the Customer Service. The documentation must be sent to Customer Service no later than 2 (two) working days from the delivery of the package. If this procedure is not followed, the Customer Service cannot attempt any action whatsoever.
When, as a gesture of goodwill for a damaged product, a discount code is offered, the latter must be used within 1 year from the date of issuance. Shop-its.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the parcels once the delivery note has been signed. If the courier cannot successfully deliver the order to the Buyer and the latter fails to get in touch in any way whatsoever, shop-its.com shall once again dispatch the order to the Buyer after receipt of the returned package.
The costs of resending the package shall be borne by the Buyer and must be paid before the package is dispatched for the second time. When a package is returned to shop-its.com because the customer fails to collect it (for instance when the package has not been claimed from the courier), the transportation costs of resending the goods shall be borne by the customer (except when the customer explicitly gives up the order within 14 days as provided for by the law). In this event, the dispatching and handling costs for resending the package will be €20.00.
The delivery address may not be changed once the order has been confirmed. Any request for change of address must be made by the Customer directly to the courier who can ask for any additional expenses, which shall be borne by the Customer.
At the time of purchasing, carefully fill in all the data necessary for the delivery: correctly enter your full address, name or intercom number and a mobile phone number. This will make it easy for our courier to find you. If possible, we strongly recommend you to be present on the days and at the times indicated for delivery, or have your orders delivered to your workplace.
Shop-its.com uses BRT Bartolini Express Courier for its deliveries. The customer will receive the products between 2 and 5 working days from the time of ordering them. Orders will be processed on average in 24 hours on weekdays. These times are to be considered indicative and shall not be binding upon us. In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, we shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we shall be entitled to terminate, suspend or postpone all or part of your order. Deliveries shall always be made during normal office hours. It is not possible to arrange a specific time for the delivery.
In accordance with article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer is entitled to return the products within 14 (fourteen) days, which shall be calculated from receipt of the goods. The product or products must be returned in perfect conditions for re-marketing, in their full original packaging (package, boxes, wrapping ...), to the following address:

The costs incurred for returning the goods shall be fully borne by the Buyer. Only products that can be re-marketed, i.e. that have not been used, may be returned. Open drinks, open cans and open bags may not be returned. Any boxes containing bags must be returned complete in their original packaging. In the event of withdrawal and cancellation of the order, the refund will be made by bank transfer or credited back to the credit card used for the payment, with cancellation of the bank transaction depending on the payment method chosen by the Buyer, or by crediting of a purchase voucher to be used on the shop-its.com website within 3 (three) months from its date of issue. All refunds shall be made within 30 (thirty) working days from the the date the Buyer makes his/her intention known in writing by sending an email to ordini@shop-its.com.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product (s) shall be borne by the Buyer. Shop-its.com therefore invites the Buyer to take out insurance against breakage/theft/loss with the courier, so as to cover the commercial value of the returned products and the cost of returning them. At the end of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, the products shall be deemed to be compliant with the order and accepted by the Buyer.
Goods may not be exchanged or refund for right to cancel be granted after that date. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt. We shall credit the amount paid, excluding shipping costs that will not be refunded. Should you wish to return a product, it is essential that you contact us to agree on the method for refund.
The products must be returned in pristine conditions, in their original package and with adequate external packaging. The products shall be returned at your expense and by the means of your choice. The package must necessarily contain a copy of the related sales invoice. The Courts of Milan shall have jurisdiction over any legal dispute. If an item is returned for reasons other than an ascertained flaw, a €10.00 handling fee shall be retained.
